Job summary

Infinityquest It Services in Pune seeks an experienced Mainframe Developer to design, develop, test, and maintain COBOL-based applications. You will work on batch and online processing, and provide production support for CICS transactions and DB2 databases.

Ideal candidates will have 6–10 years of hands-on mainframe experience, a Bachelor's in Computers, and strong SDLC knowledge. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to perform RCA and ensure timely resolution of issues.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain mainframe applications using COBOL.

Roles and Responsibilities

Desired Candidate Profile

• 6-10 years of experience in Mainframe Development & Production Support with expertise in Batch Processing, Online Processing, Stored Procedures, and WMA.
• Bachelor's degree in Computers or equivalent from a recognized university.
• Strong understanding of IBM Mainframes systems architecture and software development life cycle (SDLC).
• Proficiency in working with various tools such as Cobol compiler, Cics transaction manager, Jcl editor etc.
