About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Mainframe Developer with expertise in Tandem development to join our team.

Technical Skills:

• 6+ years of experience in Tandem development.
• Strong knowledge of COBOL, SCobol, Pathway Architecture, Enscribe / SQL/MP databases, and other Tandem utilities.
• Knowledge of Java, C/C++, TAL, Control-M, GIT is an added advantage.
• Good ability to solve Abends.
• Experience with Tandem application development and support.
• Ability to prepare understanding documents for other technology teams to recreate functionalities.
• Providing testing support to validate services in new technologies.
• Banking domain experience is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and under guidance.
• Good communication and documentation skills.

Process Skills:

• Experience working in Agile methodologies.
