Qualifications

• 4–9 years of hands‑on experience in Mainframe technologies.
• Strong programming expertise in Assembler.
• Good experience with JCL development and troubleshooting.
• Strong knowledge of IBM z/OS environment.
• Experience in production support and incident management.
• Good understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
