Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

1. Technical implementation in the whole life cycle of project delivery on Rockwell FTPC (Development, Testing, Site Commissioning, post go live Support)
2. FTPC Project development and deployment
3. MES L2 helpdesk support and Enhancement
4. 24/7 Rockwell FTPC MES Application and Technical Support
5. MES system monitoring, troubleshooting and problem resolution and RCA recording
6. Understanding of new MES requirements
7. Solution Architect Role for the MES Application change management
8. Process improvement in FTPC
9. FTPC enhancement activities
10. FTPC Standardization
11. SAP-MES Integration enhancement activities
12. Supplier Vehicle sequencing integration
13. Ability to mentor junior team members; team-oriented individual with excellent interpersonal, planning, coordination, and problem-solving skills
14. Must be proficient in all the phases of SDLC to deliver MES project’s functionalities (analysis, planning, development, testing, configuration, monitoring, and reports)
15. Experience / Exposure in setting up Manufacturing lines / plants, ability to interface with SAP ERP system and basic understanding of control systems.

Qualifications

B.E / B. Tech in Computer Science, Information Technology or MCA with 5-8 years of experience in implementing and supporting Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES).

General Requirements

1. Strong Implementation and architecture knowledge of Rockwell MES Platforms (FTPC, JAVA, FTVP)
2. In-depth understanding and experience with Rockwell products like EIG, Purge, Live Transfer, FTVP, FTTM, etc.
3. Good knowledge of .net, ASP.Net, SSRS & Java Technologies.
4. Must be proficient in Database concepts with strong knowledge of SQL and hands-on experience in Oracle 11g, MS SQL 2008 & other databases.
5. Genuinely creative and curious about the latest technologies.
6. Experience in managing & troubleshooting shop floor devices like QID, Controls, Printer, Scanner, Andon screen, etc.
7. Experienced in High and Low level design (HLD & LLD) for MES Projects.
