Job Description

We are seeking a Finance & Accounts Lead to oversee a wide range of financial functions including daily accounting, financial control, budgeting, banking, taxation, transaction management, and regulatory compliance. Responsibilities also include MIS reporting, statutory audits, bank payments, and managing foreign investments such as ODI and FDI.

What You'll Do

• Conduct comprehensive financial analysis and reporting to inform business decisions and strategic planning.
• Manage fundraising processes, including convertible notes and shareholding agreements, and maintain investor relations.
• Assist the founding team in investment evaluations.
• Oversee daily accounting operations, ensuring regulatory compliance and timely transactions such as royalty payments, salaries, and vendor payments.
• Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, PF filings, audits, and corporate governance.
• Lead budgeting and financial control efforts, analyze variances, optimize costs, and protect assets.
• Manage banking operations, FDI/ODI compliance, and investment processes, maintaining strong partner relationships.
• Handle specialized transactions like loan-to-equity conversions, share issuance, and royalty operations.
• Manage miscellaneous financial operations, including payments, credit management, and reimbursements.

What We're Looking For

• 2-5 years of experience in finance, accounting, or related fields, preferably in entertainment, e-commerce, or similar industries.
• Deep knowledge of GST, TDS, PF, and tax regulations.
• Familiarity with FDI/ODI regulations, audits, financial reporting, and accounting standards.
• Creative, results-oriented mindset with strong data analysis and advanced Excel skills.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills, with stakeholder management experience.
