Qualifications

Responsibilities

Coordinate and monitor shift-wise production activities to achieve planned output targets.
Ensure smooth operation of Cylinder Block and Cylinder Head machining lines.
Allocate manpower effectively and monitor operator performance.
Track hourly production, downtime, OEE, rejection and productivity metrics.
Lead problem-solving activities using root cause analysis, 8D, and Kaizen.
