Responsibilities

• Establishing new process parameters for mold start-ups, processing molds with complex start-up procedures, and providing suggestions to the engineering department.
• Identifying the improvements, recommending inputs to optimize the process, and employing industry best practices.
• Monitoring the inspection of molded products, inspecting the products as per the quality inspection plan, and documenting them as per the standard guidelines and procedures.
• Coaching and training newer employees to enhance their skills, providing effective direction, and supporting them to achieve the goals and targets related to production.
