• Experience in handling machine shop operations and team supervision.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all machine shop operations.
• Directly handle CNC, VMC, HMC and other precision machines.
• Monitor production processes and ensure quality and timelines.
• Interpret and read technical drawings and specifications.
• Manage manpower and shop floor activities for productivity.
