Job summary

Mangalagroup in India is seeking an HVAC Plant Operator to monitor and run air conditioning and refrigeration systems, ensuring reliable performance and safety compliance.

You will perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues, and keep detailed maintenance records. The ideal candidate holds an ITI Diploma in Refrigeration or equivalent with 2–3 years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• ITI Diploma in Refrigeration or equivalent is required.
• Certification in HVAC operation, plant maintenance or related field preferred.
• Proven experience as an AC Plant Operator or in a similar HVAC maintenance role.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics and blueprints.

• Assist Maintenance Manager in other maintenance activities.


• Maintain cleanliness and organization of plant areas and equipment.

Qualifications:

• ITI Diploma in Refrigeration or equivalent (required).


• Certification in HVAC operation, plant maintenance, or a related field (preferred).


• Proven experience as an AC Plant Operator or in a similar HVAC maintenance role.


• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, including chillers, cooling towers, and associated equipment.


• Proficient in troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining HVAC equipment.


• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints.


• Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.


• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.


• Knowledge of safety protocols and regulations regarding HVAC systems

Experience:
