Synthires is seeking an experienced ML Engineer (MSc or PhD) for a remote contract role. This part-time position (~15 hours/week) focuses on developing ML models, training pipelines, inference systems, and performance optimization, with heavy coding in Python and reproducible workflows.

Candidates must show strong ML expertise and the ability to implement and validate complex ML workflows. Compensation is $60–$120 per hour, with output-based tasks and immediate onboarding.

About the Opportunity

This opportunity is for experienced Machine Learning Engineers to contribute to AI training projects involving model development, training and inference systems, and performance optimization. The role is highly coding-intensive, with a focus on Python, reproducible workflows, and coding agents.
