Job summary

Synthires is seeking a Machine Learning Engineer (MSc. or PhD) for a remote, contractor role. The position focuses on developing ML models, training pipelines, and inference systems with Python-driven, reproducible workflows.

The ideal candidate has a strong research background in ML, hands-on Python experience, and the ability to design and debug complex ML workflows. Flexible schedule with approximately 15 hours per week and immediate onboarding are offered.

About the Opportunity

This opportunity is for experienced Machine Learning Engineers to contribute to AI training projects involving model development, training and inference systems, and performance optimization. The role is highly coding-intensive, with a focus on Python, reproducible workflows, and coding agents.

Key Responsibilities
