What we are looking for:

• Bachelor's or Master's in Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in applied machine learning.
• Strong proficiency in at least one of the following languages: Scala, Kotlin, Python, Go.
• Should have worked on large-scale data-processing technologies like spark
• Drive to explore, improve, enhance, automate, and optimize distributed systems and tools to meet evolving business needs.
• Demonstrable coding practices, including meticulous design documentation, thorough unit testing, peer code reviews, and a preference for agile methods.
• Experience of working with data scientists, engineering and product teams to develop platform capabilities and deploy ML models at scale
• Strong interpersonal skills, showcasing effective stakeholder management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
