Job summary

ADCI - Karnataka in Bengaluru, India, is seeking a Machine Learning Engineer to work on search space ML models that enhance customer experiences and scale with real-world data. You will partner with ML scientists and engineers to validate models through rigorous experiments across millions of users.

You will analyze large datasets, identify opportunities, and translate findings into production-ready algorithms while collaborating with business stakeholders across the organization.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of non-internship professional software development experience.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent.
• Experience with data structure implementation, basic algorithm development, and/or object-oriented design principles.
• Experience building and improving complex software systems for end users.
• Experience with Big Data, NoSQL, Map-Reduce.
• Solid knowledge of software engineering best practices.

Responsibilities

Our team is spread across Luxembourg, Bengaluru, and Hyderabad.

You Will

• Experience in more than one major programming language (C++, Java, or related) and at least one scripting language (Perl, Python, or equivalent)
• Experience or interest in Document Retrieval (indexing), Search Engine Technologies (e.g. Lucene), or Document Understanding (Natural Language Processing) is desirable but not mandatory.
