Job summary

GlobalLogic is seeking an experienced AI/ML engineer in India to deliver production GenAI/ML features. You will design agentic systems, optimize latency and cost, and own evaluation and rollout in production.

Collaborate with AI engineers, data engineers, product, and architects to scale AI capabilities across industries. Requires 5+ years delivering production AI/ML systems, strong Python/SQL, and cloud operations on Azure or AWS.

Qualifications

• 5+ years delivering production AI/ML systems and strong Python/SQL fundamentals.
• Experience with agentic systems and at least one orchestration framework.
• Experience with reproducible pipelines and experiment tracking.
• Cloud deployment on Azure and/or AWS with security/IAM considerations.

Responsibilities

• Ship production GenAI/ML features for supply chain risk management.
• Design and ship agentic systems: tool-using and multi-agent workflows.
• Build retrieval layer and LLM layer optimized for latency and cost.
• Own evaluation and rollout, including A/B testing and model versioning.
• Operate AI in production: monitoring and drift detection.
• Collaborate with AI engineers, Data Engineers, Product, and Architects.

Agentic systems experience with at least one orchestration framework (LangGraph, PydanticAI, OpenAI Agents SDK, or similar) and MCP tool integration

Cloud deployment and operations on Azure and/or AWS (security/IAM, scaling, cost awareness)
AI security in practice: prompt-injection defenses and tool-permission scoping
Ability to design clean APIs/services (e.g., FastAPI) and communicate trade-offs in English
Nice to have (bonus points)
ML platforms: Braintrust, MLflow, AWS SageMaker, Azure AI Foundry, Snowflake, Databricks
Retrieval/search experience: hybrid search, reranking, and graph retrieval
Infrastructure as code and containers: Terraform and Docker.
