Job summary

WisdomAI in Bengaluru is seeking exceptional ML/NLP engineers to join our team. You will work on fundamental problems in LLM-based code-generation, document understanding, context synthesis, and LLM-based agents.

Our team includes alumni from Glean, Apple, Rubrik, Google and Meta, and you will collaborate with customers and founders to define product and engineering roadmaps while shaping the company’s tech stack and engineering culture.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills and ability to solve hard NLP problems.
• Background in search/retrieval, LLMs, and evaluation pipelines is a plus.
• Experience in startup/fast-paced teams is highly desirable.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field.

Role

We are looking for exceptional ML/NLP engineers to join our team. We are working on fundamental problems in LLM based code-generation, document understanding, context synthesis and LLM based agents. Our team consists of experts from companies like Glean, Apple, Rubrik, Google and Meta.

What You Will Do

• Build workflows/agentic pipelines for complex analytical workloads.
• Design evaluation framework and carry out evaluations of our query processing engine.
