Job summary

WisdomAI, based in Bengaluru, seeks an exceptional ML/NLP engineer to work on LLM-based code-generation, document understanding, context synthesis, and LLM-based agents. You will collaborate with experts from industry to advance core analytics and product capabilities.

You will shape the engineering culture, design evaluation pipelines, and help define the roadmap while delivering scalable solutions in a fast-paced startup setting.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills and proven ability to work with hard NLP problems.
• Background in search/retrieval, LLMs, and evaluation pipelines is plus.
• Experience working in startup/fast paced teams is highly desirable.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field.

Role

We are looking for exceptional ML/NLP engineers to join our team. We are working on fundamental problems in LLM based code-generation, document understanding, context synthesis and LLM based agents. Our team consists of experts from companies like Glean, Apple, Rubrik, Google and Meta.
