Job summary

Paxcom, a leading Digital Solution Provider, is seeking an AI/ML Intern for its E-commerce team in Gurgaon (Work From Office). You will gain hands-on experience in machine learning, generative AI, LLMs, RAG, data processing, and AI application development on real-world projects.

You will work with Python, Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, and explore Docker, CI/CD, and cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.

Qualifications

• Recently completed a B.Tech/B.E./M.Tech/MCA in Computer Science, AI/ML, Data Science, or a related field.
• Candidate should have strong AI/ML projects or Github portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and testing machine learning and AI solutions for real-world business problems.
• Work with Python, Pandas, NumPy, and Scikit-learn for data processing and ML development.
• Support experimentation with LLMs, Generative AI, RAG, and AI APIs.
• Assist in building prototypes and integrating AI models into applications.
• Work with structured and unstructured data using SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Support model training, evaluation, debugging, and performance improvement.
• Gain exposure to Docker, CI/CD, and cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Explore emerging AI/ML models and share findings with the team.
• Collaborate with senior engineers and cross-functional teams to implement solutions.

Job Summary

We are looking for a passionate and curious AI/ML Intern to join our fast-paced E-commerce team. This role offers an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in Machine Learning, Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, data processing, and AI application development while working on real-world projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and testing machine learning and AI solutions for real-world business problems.
• Work with Python, Pandas, NumPy, and Scikit-learn for data processing and ML development.
• Support experimentation with LLMs, Generative AI, RAG, and AI APIs.
• Assist in building prototypes and integrating AI models into applications.

• Collaborate with senior engineers and cross-functional teams to understand requirements and implement solutions.

Programming:

• Good knowledge of Python
• Familiarity with Pandas, NumPy, and data processing
• Basic understanding of Machine Learning concepts
• Familiarity with Scikit-learn
• Exposure to PyTorch or TensorFlow is preferred

Generative AI / LLMs:

• Basic understanding of LLMs and Generative AI
• Familiarity with RAG, embeddings, vector databases, or LLM APIs is a plus
• Academic or personal projects involving OpenAI, Gemini, Claude, Llama, or similar models will be an advantage
• Basic knowledge of SQL
• Understanding of data cleaning, preprocessing, and analysis
• Exposure to NoSQL databases is a plus
• Basic understanding of Docker, Git, and CI/CD
• Exposure to AWS, GCP, or Azure is desirable
