Job summary

Accelon Inc. in India is seeking a seasoned Lead for Merger and Acquisitions sourcing, focusing on Technology and expanding to HR, Professional Services, and Marketing.

You will drive strategic sourcing initiatives and partner with stakeholders to align with business goals. You will review data to identify cost savings through vendor consolidation, lead negotiations for master agreements and SOWs, manage vendor relationships, and mitigate risk while maintaining high standards of stakeholder

Qualifications

• 7+ years experience in Strategic Sourcing and Category Management, ideally with Technology and some M&A exposure.
• Strong negotiation and influencing skills.
• Experience developing sourcing strategies and managing vendor relationships.
• Excellent stakeholder management, interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Review and analyze data to identify cost savings through vendor consolidation and renegotiations.
• Develop and implement sourcing strategies in collaboration with stakeholders, considering business requirements, departmental strategies, and market trends.
• Lead negotiations for master agreements and statements of work, acting as liaison between business and legal.
• Identify business risk areas and recommend actions.
• Provide approved sourcing tools, processes, and knowledge to qualify vendors and manage vendor relationships.
• Build and maintain relationships with internal customers and vendors.

Requirements

Must-Have:
