Following the acquisition of Refinitiv, LSEG now has multiple technologies and platforms for digital properties. As part of the Corporate Technology Architecture team, your role is to guide, advise, and recommend how our digital world evolves over the coming years and migrates toward strategic platforms.
We are looking for someone with many years of working in digital and marketing technologies as an Architect, especially Adobe Experience Platform, Customer Data Platform, Adobe Experience Cloud, Eloqua, SharePoint, and other key Marketing Technologies. We will be especially interested in architects with experience in managing marketing platforms and internal digital applications.
The right candidate will have good communication skills with knowledge of Digital and Marketing technologies to interact successfully with their business stakeholders and provide Technical Leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
Key relationships and committees:
Strong relationships with broader Corporate Technology team, other Technology teams covering Enterprise Architecture team, security, networking, End User Compute and Cloud and business stakeholders in corporate business functions, e.g., Marketing, Internal Comms, Security, User Experience, SEO, Analytics, Personalisation, Risk & Compliance.
Critical Deliverables:
N.B. The role holder will be Accountable for the delivery of this document but is expected to work with Subject Matter Experts to complete sections outside the role holder’s expertise.
Technical Knowledge:
Detailed knowledge of Enterprise Architecture, Technology Strategy, Cloud and Security.
Detailed knowledge of operational, delivery management (including experience in a variety of delivery methodologies), business development and strategy and organisational transformation programmes.
Experienced in architecting, delivering and supporting of following:
Leadership and management experience:
Strong leadership skills in managing individuals and leading high-performing teams.
Experience in defining strategic goals for functions and systems for measuring goal attainment.
Experience providing technical leadership in managing complex transformations areas.
Finding opportunities to partner with external Technology organisations, developing the approach and negotiating terms.
Experience in establishing Architecture in an Agile culture.
Leadership and management experience at Senior Manager or equivalent level in a global environment.
Personal capabilities and capabilities:
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate technical information to non-technical partners and to listen to identified concerns and adapt accordingly.
Ability to influence across multiple functions (technical and non-technical).
Ability to work well under pressure and tight deadlines.
To quickly build up a working knowledge of applications by working with others and reading up on new applications.
A continuous desire and willingness to learn and develop your current knowledge and skillset. Many projects will involve applications unfamiliar to the role holder.
Flexible in approach, adapting plans and strategies to help manage risks around ambiguity.
Problem solver with a strong intuition for business and well-versed in current technological trends and business concepts.
