Job Summary:

The role of Senior Analyst in Bangalore is to efficiently build and organize datasets that support strategic initiatives focused on improving the customer’s shopping experience with Lowe’s. This role will review internal research and benchmarking, aggregate relevant data related to the customer experience to identify areas of improvement.

  • Provide insights, datasets, and competitive intelligence to the assigned area's leader.
  • Pull and aggregate data to support enterprise initiatives from a digital perspective.
  • Build reports using data tools like Adobe Analytics.
  • Support ad-hoc data requests.
  • Work effectively as part of a large global team.
  • Partner across functions to enhance insights.
  • Study customer behavior to determine improvement opportunities.
  • Stay current with new online enhancements.
Years of Experience:

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or related field, or 2+ years relevant experience.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • 3+ years retail experience.
  • 3+ years online experience.
  • Experience in online retail or omni-channel merchandising/marketing.
  • Background in analytics, statistics, business planning, and/or finance.
  • Experience with Adobe Analytics and Workspace.
  • Experience in Merchandising, Marketing, Finance, or related fields.
  • Experience with Customer Insights, CRM, or CX.
  • Experience in product management and content optimization.
Skill Set Required:
Primary Skills (must have):
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Data and financial analysis.
