Build practical AI solutions that make work easier across Global Sales and Marketing. As a Low-Code AI Developer, you will test and deploy governed AI agents, workflows and applications using Microsoft Power Platform and the Microsoft AI stack. You will report to a AI Strategy and Transformation Lead. You will work a hybrid schedule in Pune or Bangalore or Noida/Gurgaon, India. You will partner with the GSM AI Strategy & Transformation team, process designers, functional experts, and IT teams.
Rapidly prototype, iterate and deploy production-light AI applications, agents, bots, workflows and data integrations using approved low-code tools. Build solutions using Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate and Copilot Studio, along with approved Microsoft AI services. Configure connectors, APIs and workflow orchestration components using low-code or no-code approaches; partner with professional developers when requirements exceed the approved low-code architecture. Apply prompt-engineering and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) patterns to create grounded, reliable AI experiences connected to approved enterprise data sources such as SharePoint, SQL or OneLake. Create prompt flows, reusable components and solution patterns with appropriate version control, documentation and testing evidence. Conduct functional, usability and quality testing; document results, resolve defects and refine solutions based on user feedback and performance. Work with process designers, product owners, functional subject-matter experts and IT partners to translate approved use cases into scalable technical solutions. Prepare solution demonstrations, technical walkthroughs, support documentation and handoff materials for use-case teams and operational owners. Follow Rockwell Automation requirements for responsible AI, data classification, privacy, security, architecture, accessibility, application lifecycle management and production deployment. Support deployment, monitoring, maintenance and controlled enhancement of released solutions, including observability of platform usage and capacity usage where available. Reuse approved enterprise capabilities and patterns before creating new solutions, and escalation integration, data-access or security needs through the appropriate governance path.
