Job description

A US IT Bench sales recruiter is responsible for finding and engaging with potential clients to sell IT staffing services. To work in this role, a person typically needs to have:

  1. Experience in IT staffing industry: A strong understanding of the IT industry, the types of roles and skills required.
  2. Sales skills: The ability to develop and maintain relationships with clients, effectively communicate the value proposition of IT staffing services, negotiate contracts, and close deals is essential.
  3. Understanding of Bench Sales: Knowledge of Bench Sales in IT staffing is required to identify potential clients with IT consultants on bench and the requirements of these clients.
  4. Good communication skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential to articulate the company’s offerings and value proposition to potential clients, as well as to communicate with IT consultants to understand their skills, strengths, and preferences.
  5. Strong networking skills: Building a network of contacts within the IT industry and leveraging those relationships to generate business is crucial in this role.
  6. Ability to work independently: Bench sales recruiters often work independently, so self-motivation, time-management, and the ability to work efficiently are important.
  7. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent: Although not always required.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Salary: ₹12,000.00 – ₹15,000.00 per month
