Financial Management

Oversee the preparation of financial statements, reports, and analysis to provide insights into the organizations financial performance.

Manage cash flow, liquidity, and capital resources to ensure financial stability and operational efficiency.

Optimize the company's capital structure and manage relationships with banks, investors, and other financial stakeholders.

Accounting and Compliance

Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and accounting standards (., GAAP, IFRS).
