Connexions Management Consultants in India seeks a results driven Head Production to lead a ceramic wall tiles manufacturing unit. The ideal candidate will oversee production planning, end-to-end operations, quality and safety while driving output to meet targets.

The role requires 6–12 years’ experience in ceramic or vitrified tiles manufacturing, a B.Tech/B.E in Ceramics, and willingness to work from office in Jaipur. Competitive package includes annual bonus and ESI.

Qualifications

• 6–12 years of experience in Ceramic or Vitrified Tiles manufacturing.
• Graduate (B.Tech/B.E : Ceramics) with specialization in ceramic technology/ceramics engineering.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute daily, weekly and monthly production schedules to meet demand.
• Oversee end-to-end manufacturing process.
