HCL Technologies Limited in Hyderabad is seeking a Senior Outsystems Developer to design and deliver scalable, high‑performing applications in a hybrid work model. You will leverage OutSystems O11, LifeTime and Service Center to manage environments and ensure robust solutions.

The ideal candidate has 6+ years of Outsystems experience, strong UI skills (JavaScript, HTML, CSS), database design (MS SQL, Oracle) and API integrations (REST/SOAP). Excellent communication with stakeholders is essential.

Qualifications

• Deep expertise in OutSystems architecture and O11 platform.
• Strong UI skills with JavaScript, HTML and CSS.
• Advanced database design/optimization (MS SQL, Oracle).
• Experience with REST and SOAP integrations.
• OutSystems Associate Reactive Developer certification is required.

Responsibilities

Must have skills:

• Deep expertise in OutSystems O11 platform, including Reactive Web and Mobile application development, LowCode
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS for advanced UI customization and client-side logic
• Advanced proficiency in database design and optimization (MS SQL, Oracle, etc.)
• Extensive experience with REST and SOAP web services, including integration with enterprise systems
• Strong understanding of OutSystems architecture, including Service Center, LifeTime, and environment management
• Expertise in full-stack development, following best practices in performance, security, and scalability
• Hands-on experience in troubleshooting, debugging, and performance tuning of complex applications
• Excellent communication skills in English, with ability to interact with technical and business stakeholders
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, with ability to design scalable solutions

Mandatory certification (if Any):

• Outsystems certified Associate Reactive Developer

Good to have skills:

• Experience in .NET and advanced SQL for building custom extensions and integrations
