Prvnt seeks a Longevity Physician and Researcher to deliver longitudinal, evidence-based care for families. You will design individualized protocols across treatment, prevention, longevity, and performance, reviewing medical records and interpreting advanced tests.
The role combines clinical care with ongoing longevity research, contributing to protocols and publications while coordinating with a multidisciplinary team and Health Partners to ensure privacy and safety.
Prvnt is a private, invitation-only medical practice for families, focused on treatment, prevention, longevity, and performance through deep diagnostics, continuous monitoring, and evidence-based therapeutics. The practice manages a family’s health like a family office manages wealth, bringing parents, operating generations, and children under one coordinated, long-term medical program, while maintaining strict privacy within and around the family. Each member receives an individualized annual program across treatment, prevention, longevity, and performance, built on comprehensive review of existing records and targeted testing with rigorous clinical ranges. A multidisciplinary panel in therapeutics, diagnostics, genomics, and nutrition supports each physician, while Health Partners coordinate all logistics, from home blood draws to specialist referrals. Prvnt limits the number of families and members per doctor to preserve depth of care and uses its own intelligence system so clinicians can focus on decisions where human judgment matters.
The Longevity Physician and Researcher will provide longitudinal, evidence-based care to family members, designing and supervising individualized protocols across treatment, prevention, longevity, and performance. Day-to-day responsibilities include reviewing comprehensive medical records, ordering and interpreting advanced diagnostic and genomic tests, setting personalized biomarker targets, and adjusting programs based on follow-up measurements. The role involves integrating clinical care with ongoing research in longevity medicine, critically appraising emerging literature, contributing to internal protocols and publications, and collaborating with the therapeutics, diagnostics, genomics, and nutrition panel. The physician will work closely with Health Partners to ensure seamless coordination of home-based procedures, specialist consultations, and international care logistics, maintaining the highest standards of privacy and safety. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai, requiring regular in-person interactions with team members and, when applicable, patients.
