Job summary

World Courier India Private Limited, part of Cencora, Inc., is seeking a logistics support professional to back its global logistics and storage services in Chennai. You will handle documentation, monitor shipments, and coordinate with internal teams, carriers, and customers to ensure timely updates and compliance.

The role requires 2+ years in clinical trial logistics or related fields, fluent English, Hindi, and Tamil, and full on-site availability with rotating shifts.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 2+ years in clinical trial support, logistics coordination, or related field.
• Fluent English communication skills, written and verbal.
• Fluent Hindi and Tamil communication skills, written and verbal.
• Willingness to work rotational shifts: 9:00 AM–6:00 PM and 1:00 PM–9:00 PM, Monday–Saturday.
• Fully on-site availability required.

This role is in support of Cencora's global logistics and storage services marketed through our World Courier business.

Responsibilities:

• Handles documentation and system updates to maintain accuracy and traceability of logistics operations
• Monitors shipment status and tracks performance metrics to identify delays or discrepancies
• Communicates with internal teams, carriers, and customers to align requirements and provide updates
• Resolves routine logistics issues using established procedures and escalates complex cases with supporting details

Requirements:

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience required
• 2+ years of experience in clinical trial support, clinical logistics coordination logistics, logistics operations, transportation coordination, shipment tracking or a related field required
• Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal - must have
• Fluent Hindi and Tamil communication skills, both written and verbal - must have
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including9:00 AM - 18:00 PMand13:00 PM - 21:00 PM, Monday-Saturday
• Fully on-site availability required
• Certification in logistics, transportation operations, transportation systems, or dispatch tools or equivalent preferred
