This includes ensuring timely movement of materials, effective coordination with suppliers and transporters, and smooth logistics operations across project sites. About Your Team

Reporting directly to the Logistics Manager, you will work closely with site operations, safety, commercial teams, and external suppliers to ensure smooth logistics administration and compliance across all activities.

Your Role

• Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics for engineering and construction projects.
• Manage transportation, delivery schedules, and site logistics to ensure timely material availability.
• Liaise with suppliers, transporters, and internal project teams.
• Prepare and maintain logistics documentation, delivery notes, and records.
• Monitor material movement to project sites and resolve delivery issues.
• Support customs clearance and shipment tracking where applicable.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures, safety, and local regulations

Requirements:

• Minimum 3–6 years of logistics experience in an engineering or construction company (mandatory).
• Strong understanding of project-based logistics and site operations.
• Experience coordinating with suppliers, transporters, and site/project teams.
• Good communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office; experience with ERP or logistics systems is an advantage.
