Key Responsibilities:
Last Mile Operations:
- Manage end-to-end last mile delivery operations within the hub, ensuring timely deliveries and optimized routes.
Team Management
- Lead and manage the team of delivery bikers, ensuring performance standards are met.
- Resolve team issues, conflicts, and provide continuous feedback for improvement.
Cash Handling & Reconciliation
- Oversee cash handling operations, ensuring daily reconciliation of cash collected during deliveries.
Performance Monitoring & Reporting
- Track, monitor, and report on key metrics such as daily, weekly, and monthly delivery performance, return to origin (RTO), and other KPIs.
- Implement Strategies to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 - 3 years of experience in logistics, with a focus on last-mile delivery operations, for junior logistics, and 4-5 years of experience for senior logistics executive
- Prior experience in managing bikers and cash reconciliation.
- Strong route knowledge within the city & nearby areas is a must.
- Hands-on experience with daily, weekly, and monthly reporting of logistics metrics.
- Proficient in MS Excel & Google sheet
