• Oversee the complete supply chain process, from costing and procurement to final delivery, ensuring smooth operations.
• Develop and implement logistics strategies, plans, and schedules.
• Coordinate transportation and distribution activities for timely execution.
• Manage stock levels efficiently to ensure product availability while controlling costs.
• Select and manage transportation modes, negotiate freight rates, and ensure timely tracking of shipments.
• Identify and implement cost-effective measures without compromising service quality.
• Monitor KPIs to evaluate logistics efficiency and drive improvements.
