Own PFEP across models/markets, line feeding and route pitch, returnable and export packaging, ERP/MES/WMS master data integrity, customs documentation readiness, international shipping coordination, and continuous improvement to support takt, mix, and global OTIF.

It also involves engineering inhouse milk-run routes and route pitch that can handle multiple shops and high variant density while maintaining capacity and aisle safety. Finally, it means optimizing point-of-use presentation so parts are available where needed, in the right quantity and orientation, with strong ergonomics and fast changeovers to protect takt and quality.
