Cummins Inc. in India seeks a logistics analytics professional to develop analytics, provide recommendations to improve profitability, customer service, and inventory outcomes.

You will lead Six Sigma projects, use reporting systems to track KPIs, ensure data integrity, and develop models and benchmarking analyses to drive supply chain improvements.

Formación

• Demonstrated role competence is required.
• College, university, or equivalent Bachelor's degree is preferred.
• Analytic skills or supply chain experience required.

Job Summary:

Develop and provide logistics analytics and make recommendations to achieve profitability, customer service, and/or inventory goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop logistics analytics to make operational performance and trends visible.
• Lead and participate in six sigma and supply chain improvement projects
• Use common processes tools, and information systems to enable supply chain analysis.
• Ensure data integrity of all analytics and reports.
• Develop reporting capability for supply chain Key Performance Indicators.
• Analyze and interpret Key Performance Indicators to identify areas for improvement and action plans.
• Use existing business systems to provide analytics and reporting that are capable and repeatable.
• Develop basic supply chain models for scenario analysis
• Conduct internal and external benchmarking analysis.
• Provide financial analysis as required

Education, Licenses, Certifications:

Demonstrated role competence is required. College, university, or equivalent Bachelor's degree in applicable field is preferred.

This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.

Experience:

• Intermediate level of relevant work experience required.
• Candidate must have proven analytic skills OR supply chain experience
• Ensure Warehouse Primary and Secondary KPI monitoring and on track
• Ensure Warehouse Weekly and Monthly connect with support team to meet the area wise KPI and help team if any support require.
• Ensure the Line feeding and production plan as per given schedule
• Coordination with Quality and procurement for urgent material receipt and delivery at line to convert plan from Yellow to Green
• Ensure the on time RIR clearance and allocate the space in system in case any changes require
• Ensure 100% Cycle count policy adherence
• Endure Safety in WH area and keep review and update HIRA frequently
• Ensure PEEP accuracy audit on time as per annual schedule
• Ensure net value accuracy for RM available in WH
• Ensure RFT in Kit and dispatch to customer
• Ensure on time RTV and QVR transaction and shipment from plant
• Ensure OSP challan and open NPDN challan tracking and follow up
• Ensure 100% MSCA use adherence as per plan
• Ensure 10th GRR policy as per schedule
• Ensure short, excess and wrong shipment tracking follow up till closure
