Job Description: Role - Technical Recruiter

Experience - Minimum 3-6 Years. Notice: Immediate joiners or less than 30 days preferred. Remuneration - We will match the expectations of the right candidate. Location: Pune

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and evolve in the end to end recruitment and sourcing strategy with C level executives
  • Writing job descriptions and posting to relevant media platforms.
  • Experience in Social Media hiring, Passive hiring, Talent mapping, Networking, Referencing Headhunting,
  • Sourcing profiles using Web Portals like Naukri.com, LinkedIn recruiter, Internal databases, job postings, Referrals, etc.
  • Screening applicants for competency with the job requirements.
  • Keeping track of all applicants as well as keeping applicants informed on the application process

Required Candidate profile

  • Must-Have good understanding of technology and technical skill
  • Must have experience in hiring senior and mid-level technical positions in Information Technology
  • Must have experience in closing the offers and conversion skills
  • Must understand the concepts and positions around cloud-native and cloud technology hirings
  • Must have awesome experience in hiring using modern tools especially social hiring with LinkedIn and hackathons
  • Understanding of basic software development lifecycle and organization roles in a typical information technology industry
  • Have experience building company brand amongst the candidates in the industry using social, paid, and competitive promotions
  • Must be able to identify the right channels for hiring different skills and positions. Linked/Naukri/hackathons
  • Strong organizational skills that reflect the ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills, people management, and leadership skills.
  • Should be very flexible and pleasing personality
  • Ability to work under flexible timings and in a start-up environment.
  • Excellent written communication skills Experience in reading and drafting agreements, letters, etc.
