Tata Consultancy Services in Delhi is seeking an experienced LogicMonitor specialist to implement and manage LogicMonitor environments and to build dashboards, reports and alerts that support IT and business teams. The role involves configuring DataSources, EventSources and PropertySources, setting up LogSource for structured and unstructured logs, and integrating LogicMonitor with ServiceNow and Splunk.

Formación

• 6+ years hands-on LogicMonitor experience.
• Strong understanding of LogicMonitor architecture and Collectors.
• Expertise in custom DataSource creation using SNMP, WMI, Groovy or PowerShell.
• Monitoring Windows, Linux and Cloud environments (Azure, GCP).
• Scripting skills in PowerShell, Python or Bash for automation.
• Knowledge of ITSM integration (ServiceNow).
• Strong problem solving and communication skills.
