Bosch in Bengaluru is seeking a capable Logistics professional for Physical Logistics, focusing on warehousing, transportation, and quality control. The role emphasizes data-driven improvement, KPI management, and cost containment within Bosch's India logistics network.

The candidate will oversee process documentation, ERP tool usage, and end-to-end supply chain activities, including coordination with service providers to ensure high standards and timely project delivery.

• Identify process gaps and implement improvements to enhance supply chain performance.
• Monitor warehouse and transportation KPI to improve productivity and service levels.
• Track cost drivers and participate in cost containment activities.
• Ensure standardised logistics processes and maintain audit documentation.
• Monitor blocked stocks and drive warehouse process improvements for quality.
• Handle customer claims and drive root-cause analysis to reduce incidences.
• Document new processes and ensure alignment with SAP/S4HANA rollouts.
• Lead strategic projects to boost warehouse productivity and quality.
• Collaborate with LSPs and service providers; leverage ERP tools for daily ops.

1) Warehouse and Transportation Strategy - Identify process gaps and implement process improvement to enhance supply chain performance. Warehouse productivity and Transportation Service level

2)KPI Controlling - Monitor warehouse & Transportation KPI and collaborate with Internal and External service provider to increase productivity / Service level

3)Cost Controlling - Monitor and identify the multiple cost related avenues towards physical logistics including RCA and reduction of cost where ever it is beyond the yearly Budget

4)Audit Management - Ensure logistics processes are performed as standard and maintaining necessary documents for internal and external audits. Zero Non-Conformity

5)Warehouse & Transportation Quality Management -Monitor blocked stocks in warehouse and improve the warehouse process to enhance logistic quality - Block stock reduction

6)Claims Management - Monitor customer claims arising out of WH & Transporter shortages, interchange materials, damages etcs . Ensure process improvement that supports Customer claims reduction

7)Process documentation of the newly implemented activities

8) Sound Knowledge of S4Hana roll out related activities as a user

9)Project Management - Execute strategic projects related to warehouse process improvement to increase warehouse productivity and quality. Project deliverables and timely completion,

Advanced knowledge of supply chain management in particular physical logistics processes.( Warehouse and Transportation)

Proficient in warehouse operation and handling LSPs and service providers

Proficient in ERP and warehouse management tools handling

Data driven Analytical skill proficiency

Competent in communication skills for effective presentation nd usage of MS Office tools.

Advance knowledge of digital tool sets (E.g. Power BI, RPA, Tableau etc.).

Advanced knowledge of End to End Supply Chain Operations (Order Management, Demand Planning)

Advanced Project Management and analytical skills for decision making and risk management.
