Job summary

Citigroup Inc. is seeking an experienced Loan IQ Architecture Analyst in Pune, India, to design and implement technology solutions for Wholesale Lending.

You will partner with Operations, Technology, Banking, Markets and Risk to drive end-to-end delivery while ensuring data standards, performance, and cost controls. The role requires deep domain knowledge of Loan IQ, its data model and APIs, plus strong communication to influence stakeholders and guide global implementations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 6+ years of Loan IQ analysis and implementations.
• Experience with AI tools and agile delivery (Jira, Confluence).
• Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as a main contact for Loan IQ upstream integrations.

Job description

The Loan IQ IT Solutions Architecture Analyst is a strategic professional responsible for design and implementation of technology solutions delivered by Wholesale Lending Technology within the Product Technology Chief Information Offic e. The individual will partner with key internal stakeholders (Operations, Technology, Banking, Markets and Risk) to drive end-to-end delivery on a Loan IQ& several in-house technology tools built around loan IQ that fully supports, satisfies and anticipates the reporting needs of thebusiness and our regulators. This role is responsible for Global Loan IQ business enablement, defect management, and production stability.

Recognized technical subject matter authority for Loan IQ and Loan products. This role requires a broad and comprehensive understanding of multiple systems, theories and practices related to Loan IQ and Lending functions. Excellent communication and diplomacy skills are required to guide, influence and convince others, in particular colleagues in other areas and occasional external stakeholders. Oversees implementation of data driven technical solutions to meet business need. Responsible for ensuring that solutions align with Loan IQ Architecture strategy, while balancing success criteria, interface impacts, system performance, controls, scalability, and cost.

Responsibilities:

• Act as a main point of contact for Loan IQ's upstream integrations, working on new requirements as they arise.
• Delivery of business requirements, in partnership with Product Owner Team, to ensure that business/use case, system configuration and other global impacts are fully defined.
• Lead the definition and ongoing management of architecture for Loan IQ and its ancillary workflow applications.
• Establish a governance process to oversee implementation activities and ensure ongoing alignment to Citi Data standards and strategic architecture goals for our organization.
• Ability to write database queries in SQL against the Loan IQ database to extract and query data in support of changes being analyzed.
• An understanding of Loan IQ API's would be an asset.
• SME to senior stakeholders and / or other team members.
• Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm’s reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.

Recommended Qualifications:

• 6+ years with Loan IQ analysis and implementations,with deep domain knowledge of Loan IQ and its data model, database schema, APIs, and SDK capabilities.
• Demonstrated influencing,presentation,facilitationand partnering skills
• Analytical, flexible, team-orientedand have good interpersonal/communication skills.Robust problem-solving skills.
• Previousexperience with AI toolsutilizationand agile delivery (Jira, Confluence)
• Ability to manage multiple activities and changing priorities and work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.

Education:

• Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience.
