Responsibilities:
- Act as a main point of contact for Loan IQ's upstream integrations, working on new requirements as they arise.
- Delivery of business requirements, in partnership with Product Owner Team, to ensure that business/use case, system configuration and other global impacts are fully defined.
- Lead the definition and ongoing management of architecture for Loan IQ and its ancillary workflow applications.
- Establish a governance process to oversee implementation activities and ensure ongoing alignment to Citi Data standards and strategic architecture goals for our organization.
- Ability to write database queries in SQL against the Loan IQ database to extract and query data in support of changes being analyzed.
- An understanding of Loan IQ API's would be an asset
- SME to senior stakeholders and /or other team members.
- Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.
Recommended Qualifications:
- 6+ years with Loan IQ analysis and implementations, with deep domain knowledge of Loan IQ and its data model, database schema, APIs, and SDK capabilities.
- Demonstrated influencing, presentation, facilitation and partnering skills
- Analytical, flexible, team-oriented and have good interpersonal/communication skills. Robust problem-solving skills.
- Previous experience with AI tools utilization and agile delivery (Jira, Confluence)
- Ability to manage multiple activities and changing priorities and work under pressure to meet tight deadlines
Education:
- Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience
