Job summary

Accenture is seeking an LLM Model Developer to refine and fine-tune large language models with emphasis on instruction tuning and domain adaptation, to boost relevance and performance for targeted contexts at our Gurugram office.

You will work hands-on with Generative AI, API management, LLMs, Python frameworks, Agentic AI and prompt engineering, collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement scalable model deployment and evaluation.

Qualifications

• Must Have Skills: Proficiency in Generative AI, API Management, Large Language Models (LLMs), Python Frameworks, Agentic AI, Prompt Engineering.
• Strong experience in fine-tuning and adapting language models to specific domains and use cases.
• Ability to design and implement scalable solutions for model deployment and integration.
• Familiarity with data preprocessing and augmentation techniques to enhance model training.
• Experience in evaluating model performance using relevant metrics and iterating based on feedback.
• Knowledge of software development best practices, including version control and collaborative coding.
