Job summary

Summary: As a LLM Model Developer, you will engage in the fine-tuning of Large Language Models, focusing on instruction fine-tuning and domain adaptation. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance model relevance and performance in specific contexts, ensuring that the models meet the diverse needs of users and applications. You will analyze model outputs, iterate on training processes, and implement strategies to improve the overall effectiveness of the models in real-world scenarios.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Large Language Models.
• This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
