Position Overview:

We are looking for passionate early-career professionals (0–3 years of experience) who are excited about AI research and motivated to work at the forefront of LLM development. You will join our dynamic research team, contribute to high-impact projects, and collaborate with experts across NLP, machine learning, and software engineering.

Key Responsibilities:

• Model Development & Training: Design, fine-tune, and implement Large Language Models to solve various NLP tasks such as text generation, summarization, translation, and sentiment analysis.
• Research & Experimentation: Explore new model architectures, tokenization strategies, and training paradigms to improve LLM performance, efficiency, and interpretability.
• Data Processing & Analysis: Work with large-scale text datasets, create pipelines for data cleansing, augmentation, and labeling, and analyze model performance with statistical tools.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams—data scientists, software engineers, and product managers—to integrate research findings into practical applications and products.
• Documentation & Reporting: Maintain clear and comprehensive documentation of experiments, present findings in research meetings, and propose next steps based on empirical results.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, or related fields. Equivalent practical experience is also welcomed.
• Experience: 0–3 years of professional experience in AI/ML research, NLP, or software development. (Internships, research assistant roles, and relevant academic projects are a plus.)

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in Python and ML libraries/frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow).
• Familiarity with NLP concepts, transformer models, and LLMs.
• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure) is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Research Mindset: Eagerness to learn, experiment, and stay updated with the latest publications in AI/ML.
• Collaboration & Communication: Ability to work in a team, share ideas effectively, and translate complex topics for non-technical stakeholders.
• Passion for AI: Genuine interest in advancing the field of AI and building solutions that have a positive societal impact.
