Job summary

Synthires is seeking an experienced Machine Learning Engineer to contribute to frontier AI coding models and advanced AI research projects. You will evaluate AI-generated ML implementations, assess engineering quality, and apply real-world ML expertise to improve performance of next-generation AI coding agents.

• Strong understanding of ML workflows, model deployment, inference systems, and MLOps.
• Ability to evaluate AI-generated machine learning implementations and engineering tradeoffs.
• Strong programming skills in Python and modern ML frameworks.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and written communication skills.

Compensation
