Job summary

Avira Digital is seeking an AI/LLM Engineer to lead design, development, and deployment of GenAI solutions. The role focuses on LLM fine-tuning, prompt optimization, and production deployment for enterprise use cases.

You will lead a small team of ML/AI engineers, collaborating with product and architecture teams to deliver scalable AI solutions. Strong 6+ years in ML/AI and 2+ years in LLM/GenAI required.

Qualifications

• 6 years of overall experience in Machine Learning / AI, with at least 2+ years in LLM / GenAI projects.
• Proficiency in Python and frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, Transformers (Hugging Face).
• Proven experience in fine-tuning and deploying LLMs (e.g., GPT, Llama, Falcon, Mistral, etc.).
• Strong understanding of NLP, text embeddings, vector databases (FAISS, Pinecone, Chroma).
• Experience with LangChain / LlamaIndex and prompt engineering.
• Hands‑on with cloud environments (AWS / Azure / GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Knowledge of MLOps, CI/CD for ML pipelines, and version control (Git).

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end development of AI and GenAI projects from data preparation to deployment.
• Design, fine-tune, and optimize Large Language Models (LLMs) for domain-specific use cases.
• Build and manage RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines and agentic AI systems.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced AWS with Python LLM Engineer to drive the design, development, and deployment of advanced AI and GenAI solutions. This role will focus on LLM fine-tuning, prompt optimization, model evaluation, and production deployment for real-world enterprise use cases.

You will lead a small team of ML and AI engineers, collaborating closely with product and architecture teams to deliver scalable and intelligent AI solutions.
