Responsibilities

• Court appearances and proceedings: Regularly represent clients and assist senior counsel/AoR in matters before the Delhi High Court, District Courts, and specialised tribunals.
• Substantive legal drafting: Draft comprehensive pleadings, SLPs, writ petitions, appeals, plaints, written statements, and applications.
• Briefing and case strategy: Prepare detailed case briefs, conduct in-depth legal research, and assist in formulating robust litigation strategies.
• Client and matter management: Coordinate with clients, registry procedures, and litigation timelines to ensure seamless case execution.

About the Opportunity

This role offers extensive exposure to high-stakes litigation across various judicial forums, including the Supreme Court of India, Delhi High Court, and key district courts and tribunals across Delhi. You will immerse yourself in hands-on legal advocacy, complex drafting, and strategic case briefing in a collaborative and intellectually rigorous environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Court Appearances & Proceedings: Regularly represent clients and assist senior counsel/AoR in matters before the Delhi High Court, District Courts, and specialised tribunals.
• Substantive Legal Drafting: Draft comprehensive pleadings, special leave petitions (SLPs), writ petitions, appeals, plaints, written statements, and applications.
• Briefing & Case Strategy: Prepare detailed case briefs, conduct in-depth legal research on statutory and case law precedents, and assist in formulating robust litigation strategies.
• Client & Matter Management: Manage day-to-day coordination with clients, registry procedures, and litigation timelines to ensure seamless case execution.
