Job summary

Nambiar Builders in Bengaluru is seeking a qualified lawyer with a focus on real estate litigations to join our legal team.

The role requires LLB, 5–8 years of active hands-on litigation experience, regular court appearances in Bangalore, and proficiency in drafting complaints, plaints, statements, affidavits, and related filings, plus basic MIS reporting.

• Experience handling real estate matters and attending Bangalore courts.

Responsibilities

• Regularly visit courts, track statuses of cases and liaise with external counsels.
• Draft complaints, plaints, written statements, applications and affidavits.
• Manage cases, prepare reports and MIS for ongoing matters.

Experience: 5 to 8 years of experience in handling Real Estate Litigations

Job Objective:

Key Responsibilities:

1. Qualification and Experience: Law Graduate (LLB), with a minimum of 5 years active hands on experiece in litigations, handling matters and personally attending court cases in Bangalore.

2. Court and Case Management: Regular visit to courts, tracking and monitoring the status of cases filed before various courts and quasi-judical authorities/ tribunals / RERA etc., liaising with external cousnels where required.

3. Drafting Experience: Demonstrated experience independently drafting complaints, plaints, written statements, applications, affidavits of evidence and other pleadings for filing before courts.

4. Technical skills: Basic computer knowledge in word and excel. Prepare reports and MIS for cases.
