Job summary

Morepen Laboratories is seeking an experienced Litigation Advocate to join our legal team in Delhi NCR. The candidate should have around 5 years of relevant experience with exposure to pharmaceutical, healthcare, commercial and regulatory litigation, handling matters before District Courts, High Courts and tribunals.

The role involves independent management of cases, court appearances, briefing senior counsel, client coordination, legal research, and monitoring of ongoing proceedings.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of litigation experience.
• Strong drafting, research and court-appearance skills.
• Experience before Delhi District Courts and Delhi High Court.
• Exposure to commercial/pharmaceutical/healthcare disputes preferred.
• Ability to independently manage cases from filing to disposal.

Job Description Litigation Advocate

Position: Litigation Advocate

Experience: 5+ Years

Location: Delhi NCR

Employment Type: Full-Time

We are looking for an experienced Litigation Advocate with approximately 5 years of relevant experience, preferably with exposure to pharmaceutical, healthcare, commercial and regulatory litigation, to join our legal team in Delhi. The candidate should have strong experience in handling matters before District Courts, High Courts, Tribunals and other judicial/quasi-judicial forums, including drafting pleadings, applications, legal notices, replies and written submissions.

The role will involve independent handling of litigation matters, court appearances, briefing senior counsel, client coordination, legal research, case strategy and monitoring of ongoing proceedings. Prior experience in pharma/company litigation, commercial disputes, regulatory matters, recovery proceedings, consumer matters, arbitration and contractual disputes will be preferred. The candidate should be a Delhi/NCR resident, possess excellent drafting and communication skills, and be comfortable managing multiple matters and deadlines independently.

Key Requirements:
