Qualifications

• Experience in Linux kernel development and debugging.
• Hands-on with kernel configuration, building and tracing.
• Strong background in block device drivers and block layer.
• Experience with BSP/board bring-up on ARM/Android/Linux.
• Familiarity with EXT4 and F2FS filesystems.
• Knowledge of bootloaders including U-Boot and Fastboot.
• Proficiency in GNU toolchain and make-based builds.
• Strong C programming and debugging skills.
• Script development in Python, Perl or PowerShell.
• Understanding of Linux kernel source code.
• Experience with Android on ARM platforms is a plus.
• Testing Linux device drivers and test automation.
• Patch submissions to Linux Open Source.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Linux kernel components for devices.
• Participate in kernel bring-up across ARM boards and Android.
• Debug and optimize kernel code, including crash logs and traces.

Qualification:

Preferred Qualification: B.E./B.Tech/M.E./M.Tech Computer Science/ Electronics

Preferred Experience: 2 to 4 years

Preferred Skill sets:

Experience on Linux Kernel Configuration, Kernel Building and Debug (trace logs, kernel crash logs)

Experience on Linux Block device driver development

Experience on Linux BSP (Board support packages) and porting

Experience on Linux File systems like EXT4, F2FS

Experience on Linux boot loaders

Uboot, Fastboot

Experience on Linux Block Layer

Experience on various Board Bring up(Ex: ARM platform) with Android and Linux

Knowledge of OS concepts

Experience on GNU tool chain/ make system

Strong C programming and debugging skills

Script development using python, perl, powershell.

Understanding of Linux kernel source code
