Job summary

Quadeye, a leading India-based proprietary trading firm, seeks a Linux Systems Engineer to manage Linux systems, storage, and 24/7 trading infrastructure. You will work across global data centers, ensuring low latency and high reliability.

Ideal candidates have Linux expertise (CentOS/Red Hat/Ubuntu), RHCE, scripting skills, and experience with Ansible/Zabbix. AWS familiarity is a plus. The role is based in Gurugram with competitive compensation and health benefits.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree in CS from a top college.
• Strong Linux expertise (CentOS/Ubuntu/Red Hat) and firewall/security understanding.
• Excellent shell and Python scripting skills.
• Hands-on with Ansible/Zabbix or equivalent monitoring tools.
• Knowledge of AWS EC2 and S3 is a plus.

We are looking to hire Linux Systems Engineer to manage and administer the Linux computing systems hardware, software and storage infrastructure that allow our trading strategies to run 24/7. The aim is to support and manage the trading infrastructure for uniquely customized systems of Quadeye.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Hands on Experience on Linux, having RHCE Certification
• production/live trading environment
• Handling and troubleshooting production issues related to colo/trading, office and
• Support and Administer firewall environment
• Interacting with Trading and Systems teams to ensure our Linux infrastructure is
• Tuning and optimizing servers for low latency
• Working with vendors and technicians to resolve server issues, server
• installation and provide quick resolution for our global data centers

Ideal candidate should have:

• Engineering degree in Computer Science or any other discipline from top engineering
• colleges
• Expertise in installation, troubleshooting in Linux (CentOS, Ubuntu, RedHat) environment with experience in Firewall and Security
• Strong Knowledge of Shell/Python scripting
• Hands on experience in Monitoring Tools like Ansible/Zabbix
• Experience on AWS services like EC2 and S3 will be a plus point
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple high priority projects
• Ability to learn new technologies quickly
