  • Review research deliverables prepared by team members and provide technical feedback to maintain consistency, accuracy, and analytical depth.
  • Manage multiple research assignments simultaneously, ensuring timely completion without compromising the quality or integrity of findings.
  • Collaborate with portfolio managers, senior research professionals, and internal stakeholders to address research requirements and communicate material credit observations.
  • Provide guidance to junior analysts on financial analysis, document interpretation, modelling practices, and research documentation.
Required Qualifications:

  • MBA in Finance or an equivalent postgraduate qualification from a reputed institution; CFA qualification is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of corporate credit analysis, capital structures, debt instruments, and credit risk assessment.
  • Practical experience analysing financial statements, cash flows, leverage ratios, liquidity metrics, and debt repayment capacity.
  • Thorough knowledge of debt documentation, including credit agreements, financial covenants, compliance certificates, and related financing disclosures.
  • Exposure to US and European credit markets, including familiarity with their corporate reporting practices and debt structures.
  • Strong financial modelling and advanced Excel skills, with the ability to validate financial data and interpret complex outputs.
  • Demonstrated ability to prepare structured investment research reports, earnings analyses, and credit assessment summaries.
  • Ability to critically review AI‑generated research and verify financial information against reliable source documents.
