Position Summary

Compare Club is looking for a high-performing Lifecycle CRM Specialist with strong

expertise in email acquisition marketing to join our marketing team. This is a tactical,

hands-on role focused on planning and executing multi-channel campaigns (email, SMS,

push, in-app) that drive new customer acquisition and maximise database value.

You’ll own campaign execution, optimise journey performance, and lead strategic

segmentation initiatives using tools like Braze, Liquid, HTML, SQL, Tableau, and Figma. You

must have a strong grasp of email deliverability, be detail-oriented with QA, and bring a

commercial mindset to lifecycle execution.

We’re seeking someone who thrives on automating behavioural journeys, is highly

organised with impeccable campaign calendar ownership, and can activate and monetise

the database across multiple products and member needs.

Responsibilities

  • Build and execute acquisition-focused, multi-channel campaigns across email, SMS,


push, and in-app

Automate and optimise journeys in Braze using Canvas, Liquid logic, and

segmentation filters

  • Present and maintain a forward-looking campaign calendar (minimum 4 weeks of


content and cadence)

  • Activate dormant records and improve addressability using behaviour- and


need-based segmentation

  • Implement A/B and multivariate testing; document learnings and apply optimisation
  • Monitor campaign results and report insights using Tableau and SQL
  • Ensure strong email deliverability through list hygiene, IP/domain management, and


compliance with SPF, DKIM, DMARC

  • Manage sunset policies and suppression strategies to improve engagement metrics
  • Collaborate with design and content teams to deliver high-quality, personalised


creative

About You

  • 5+ years of hands-on email acquisition and lifecycle marketing experience
  • Expert user of Braze, including journey automation, Liquid, and Canvas
  • Proven track record in building behavioural acquisition journeys and nurturing new


leads

  • Confident managing campaign calendars with strong attention to scheduling and


planning

  • Strong HTML/CSS skills for email QA and template refinement
  • Proficient in Tableau, SQL, and performance reporting
  • Excellent understanding of ESP rules, spam filter logic, and deliverability optimisation
  • Commercially driven and proactive in activating dormant or under-utilised data


segments

  • Creativity and having a crack is at the core of what we do. You will have to


include/implement a test and learn methodology into your strategy,

  • Comfortable working independently, with overlap to AEST hours
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional


teams.

  • Able to work across both strategy & execution
  • Strong analytical skills, including managing data, developing insights and


communicating results

  • Stakeholder management: you will work with diverse stakeholders, including


seniority and objectives management.

  • Time management: you will need to be able to manage your time and priorities
  • Organised and Methodical - Ability to prioritise effectively: You will have subject


matter responsibility for campaign execution across several of our businesses.

  • Effective communicator: We work better as a team. You will regularly give and receive


feedback from your manager and peers.

  • Self-motivated, positive attitude. Collaborative, curious, and unafraid to share insights


that push the team towards continuous improvement.

  • Aptitude to learn new tools and software quickly
