NTT DATA is seeking a Senior Life Sciences Consultant in Bengaluru to advise Pharma, Biotech, Medical Devices, and Healthcare clients. You will lead engagements, run workshops, and drive transformation initiatives across the life sciences value chain.

You will develop GTM strategies, value propositions, and industry offerings while supporting sales pursuits, RFPs, and proposals. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape end-to-end solutions and grow the Life Sciences practice.

Qualificações

• 8+ years of experience in Life Sciences consulting or advisory roles.
• Deep knowledge of the Life Sciences value chain (R&D, Clinical, Regulatory, Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, Commercial).
• Experience developing GTM strategies and supporting business development initiatives.
• Proven ability to translate business challenges into practical consulting and technology solutions.
• Strong communication, presentation, stakeholder management, and workshop facilitation skills.
• Experience supporting digital transformation, data, AI/GenAI, automation, or operational excellence programs.

Life Sciences Consultant – Day-to-Day Job Duties

Serve as a Life Sciences SME, advising clients across Pharma, Biotech, Medical Devices, and Healthcare organizations. Lead consulting engagements, executive discussions, workshops, and transformation initiatives. Develop and execute Life Sciences go-to-market (GTM) strategies, value propositions, and industry offerings. Support sales pursuits, RFPs/RFIs, proposals, solution workshops, and deal shaping activities. Collaborate with consulting, technology, delivery, and sales teams to design business and technology solutions. Build trusted client relationships and identify growth opportunities. Develop thought leadership, reusable assets, best practices, and industry insights. Mentor team members and contribute to Life Sciences practice growth.

Basic Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Life Sciences consulting, industry operations, or strategic advisory roles.
• Strong knowledge of the Life Sciences value chain, including R&D, Clinical, Regulatory, Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, and Commercial functions.
• Experience developing GTM strategies and supporting business development initiatives.
• Proven ability to translate business challenges into practical consulting and technology solutions.
• Strong communication, presentation, stakeholder management, and workshop facilitation skills.
• Experience supporting digital transformation, data, AI/GenAI, automation, or operational excellence programs.

Preferred Qualifications

• Consulting experience with global Life Sciences organizations.
• Knowledge of Digital Transformation, AI/GenAI, Data & Analytics, Cloud, and Automation solutions.
• Experience in pre-sales, solutioning, proposal development, and pursuit support.
• Ability to influence executive stakeholders and lead strategic business conversations.
